2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all agreements between Rob Stu (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the DividendIQ platform (hereinafter "User") regarding the use of services offered at dividendiq.org.

3. Description of Services

DividendIQ is a web-based application for managing and analyzing dividend portfolios. The platform offers:

• Portfolio tracking with real-time market prices
• Dividend analysis and income forecasts
• Research tools for dividend stocks
• Freemium model: free basic version and paid Pro subscription

All financial data provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

4. Registration and User Account

Certain features require registration. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep their password confidential. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payment (Pro Plan)

The Pro Plan is offered as a monthly (€9.99/month) or annual subscription (€89.99/year). Payments are processed via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation is possible at any time before the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email).

7. Disclaimer

Information provided on DividendIQ, including stock prices, dividend data, and forecasts, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. The Provider accepts no liability for losses arising from decisions based on this information. No guarantee is given for the accuracy or completeness of data.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR.

9. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted by law.
